I was inpired and motivated by my frenz n hubby to lose weight and start a diet journal on my blog. I find it as a really good way for me to be disciplined, motivated and aim for the goal and results. Started form 28-03-2011. So please support me on this!!

- nasi separuh - 130 cal
- ayam goreng - 130 cal
Total Calories Taken Today : :892 cal
** alhamdulillah.. sudah mula berjaya mengontrol
selera makan dah makin stabil..

jue, afni pun da berjaya turun 4kg baru2 ni bila pakai jusmate. tp kan better jue jgn amik lgsg fastfood. then pagi jue buat mcm ni, pagi minum nesvita, tgh hari mihun sup or nasik skit. petang makan sandwich. confirm lg cepat turun =)

mcm afni lunch mmg makan berat mcm mihun sup or nasik skit, sebab x tahan lapa.

alhamdulillah .. adik dan akak same jer tinggi tapi akak berat layie .. akak dah 67kg .. nak turunkan layie ke 60 kg amat2lah letih .. lately nie selera semacam jer huhuhuh

jue kalo boleh mmg takmo amik lansung supplement2 lain.. nak diet secara natural jer.. fastfood hari 1st n 2nd tue sbb terinfluence dgn adik2 kat opis nie duk ajak makan.. tu yg 1st n 2nd day hancur diet ku.. ahahah.. jue sblm nie berat 72kg mase bulan 12 aritu..start januari till mac ni dah ilang 7kg.... diet camni je lah.. control calorie..
