wah semangat diet nurul diet main2 nak diet betul2 gak ni
diet gtu2 jer nurul.. xde lah hardcore sgt sbb still amik nasik lemak sume.. jue diet low calori.. yg jue kira2 ni sume kalori yg jue amik dlm sehari.. tp belum ditolak lagi dgn kalori yg hilang.. :)
