I was inpired and motivated by my frenz n hubby to lose weight and start a diet journal on my blog. I find it as a really good way for me to be disciplined, motivated and aim for the goal and results. Started form 28-03-2011. So please support me on this!!

Breakfast - 1 Packet Nesvita Chocolate -170 cal
Lunch - MCD Big Mac - 570 cal
- French fries - 290 cal - Pepsi - 100 cal
Dinner - nasi separuh - 130 cal
- ayam goreng - 130 cal
Total Calories Taken Today : :1390 cal
** masih hancur lagi diet aku
wlupun sudah hari kedua..:(
PMS mbuatkan diet aku sdikit gagal..
wlupun belum mencecah jumlah kalori
yg perlu aku ambil setiap hari..
tetap agak mengecewakan.

kite kan lebih kurang je tinggi.. dan berat pun lebih kurang..
hehehe. . overweight tue...mmg kene struggle utk sust sket dapat berat badan ideal.. :)
